About This Round Table

For many organisations, getting cookie consent right is a major achievement. Implementing a compliant CMP takes coordination across legal, digital, and technical teams. But once the banner is live, many privacy professionals find themselves asking the same question: what does the next stage of a privacy programme actually look like?

This invite-only roundtable brings together privacy, compliance, and digital leaders using OneTrust CMP to explore that next chapter. In a small, peer-led session limited to 20 attendees, participants will share experiences, challenges, and practical insights on moving from cookie compliance toward a more connected privacy programme. There is no product pitch. The conversation is shaped by the people in the room.

As part of the event, every attendee will receive a complimentary audit of their current OneTrust cookie implementation. This review provides a clear, practical baseline of how consent is configured and operating today, helping organisations understand the strength of their foundations as they consider the next stage of their privacy journey.

What To Expect

  • 10:00 – 10:15: Welcome & Introductions
A quick round of introductions from everyone in the room — name, organisation, and one word that describes where your privacy programme is today.
  • 10:15 – 10:45: The Privacy Landscape in 2026
A scene-setting conversation on ICO enforcement trends, ePrivacy reform, rising DSR volumes, and what the moving regulatory bar means for organisations with a CMP already in place.

  • 10:45 – 11:25: The Honest State of Play
The core peer discussion. An open, off-the-record conversation about operational gaps, internal pressures, and what good actually looks like — not in theory, but in practice.
  • 11:25 – 11:35: Break
  • 11:35 – 12:30: From Consent to Privacy Programme
Genevieve Braund, Information Governance Transformation Manager at Zurich Insurance, shares what building privacy automation at scale actually looked like — the triggers, the early wins, and what nearly derailed it — followed by open peer discussion.

  • 12:30 – 13:00: Closing & Networking Lunch
A summary of key themes from the morning, introduction to your complimentary post-event cookie implementation audit, and time to continue the conversation over a light lunch.

Places are limited to 20 senior practitioners. Attendance is by invitation only.

Privacy Officers and DPOs looking to build out their programme beyond consent

  • Compliance and Legal Counsel responsible for data protection strategy
  • Digital / Marketing operations professionals who own the consent platform day-to-day
  • IT and InfoSec leads evaluating the broader OneTrust estate
  • Senior professionals asking, “We have CMP — what do we tackle next?”

Your Free Post-Event Privacy Audit

Every attendee receives a personalised audit of their current OneTrust cookie implementation after the event. This is not just a compliance check. It is a practical diagnostic designed to show how strong your privacy foundations are before building a broader privacy programme.

The review looks at how consent is working in practice across your site, including tag firing, consent mapping, jurisdiction rules, banner UX, and consent log quality. It is relevant for any organisation running OneTrust CMP, regardless of where they are in their privacy journey.

To receive your audit, simply attend the roundtable and provide your website URL during registration. The audit will be delivered after the event as a clear baseline for understanding your organisation’s privacy maturity.
